LEXICLIP SUPPORT

Get LexiClip working for you.

Start with the checks below. They cover the most common keyboard, clipboard, sync, and subscription questions.

Enable the keyboard

Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and choose LexiClip. In a text field, use the globe key to switch keyboards. Some apps and secure text fields use the system keyboard instead.

Full Access allows the keyboard to share your saved library and settings with the main app and to read clipboard text when you use a clipboard feature. Review Apple's permission notice before choosing whether to enable it. This permission is not consent to send your typing to the developer.

Clipboard access

LexiClip requests clipboard access only when you use a clipboard feature. If iOS denies access, open the LexiClip section in Settings and allow pasting from other apps.

Restore a subscription

Open LexiClip → Settings → LexiClip Pro → Restore Purchases. Make sure the device uses the same Apple ID that completed the purchase.

iCloud sync

Sync requires Pro on iPhone and iPad. Confirm that both devices use the same iCloud account, iCloud Drive is available, and iCloud Phrase Sync is enabled in LexiClip Settings. Clipboard history and phrase usage counts remain device-local and do not sync. Export a CSV backup before troubleshooting; do not delete your library to force a sync.

Free groups and subscriptions

The free version includes up to five groups, unlimited phrases, and complete search within the current group. Monthly and yearly Pro plans have the same features on iPhone and iPad. Check the purchase screen for your local price and billing period. Cancel through Apple's subscription settings. Expiration does not delete your existing phrases or groups; if you have five or more groups, creating another group requires Pro.
