What LexiClip stores

Your phrases, titles, groups, and preferences are stored on your devices. If you enable iCloud Phrase Sync, that library is stored in your private iCloud database so it can stay consistent across your devices.

Clipboard content

LexiClip reads text from the clipboard only when you open a clipboard feature, explicitly tap the read action, or insert a template that contains a clipboard field. Recent clipboard items stay in the app's on-device shared container and are not uploaded by LexiClip.

On-device usage insights

Phrase usage count and time are kept on device to power frequent-item ordering and cleanup suggestions. LexiClip does not send phrase text or usage analytics to third-party analytics services.

Subscriptions

Apple processes subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds using your Apple ID. LexiClip receives entitlement status from StoreKit but does not receive your payment-card details.

Deletion and downgrade

Canceling, expiring, or refunding a subscription disables the applicable Pro features but does not delete your local phrases, groups, clipboard history, or existing iCloud records. You can delete local content inside the app.

Keyboard Full Access

Full Access lets the keyboard and main app share the saved library and settings, and permits clipboard reading when you use a clipboard feature. Apple displays a general warning for third-party keyboards. LexiClip does not use this permission to send your typing or clipboard history to the developer.

Diagnostics and support

App diagnostic records stay on your device and are not automatically uploaded. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include and use it to respond to your request. Please omit private phrases, clipboard contents, passwords, and payment details. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
